How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every message within two business days (Australian time). Simple questions get answered faster; detailed performance debugging may take a bit longer if we need to reproduce your scenario. We read every message personally.
Can you help me figure out why my site is slow?
We'll do our best. Include the URL, which metric is worst (LCP, INP, CLS, TTFB), what your hosting stack looks like, and anything you've already tried. Performance issues are often hardware-, network-, or CDN-related rather than pure code, so the more context you give us, the better a diagnosis we can offer.
Can I suggest a new check or metric?
Yes, please. We've added metrics and diagnostics based on user suggestions — things like third-party script impact, font loading strategies, and render-blocking resource detection. If there's a performance signal you want us to surface, tell us what and why.
Do you accept guest posts or link exchanges?
No — we don't publish guest posts, we don't do link exchanges, and we don't buy or sell backlinks. All content on Site Speed Check is written by us, for our own audience. Pitches for link-for-link schemes will be ignored.
